About Around
Invitation Only
Even though Around is currently invitation-only, it is designed to be open to anyone who uses it responsibly. Anything you post might be shown to other users. Of course, you can delete everything from Around.
What is Around?
It is a mobile app that shows postings (or 'Rounds') submitted by people near your location. Distance is important in Around: the closer a posting ('Round') is submitted, the more likely it is to appear in the app.
GPS Requirement
It doesn't make much sense to use Around without GPS location. Without it, posts ('Rounds') reach an irrelevant audience, and your experience with the app will be limited.
Use Your Way
On the other hand, feel free to use it in "read-only" mode. Enjoy every moment you have, at the place where you are.
